PROMET Lip & Wing Shrouds
PROMET shrouds are built to protect mining buckets with maximum reliability and reduced downtime. Using premium European steels and a hammerless locking system, they extend wear life, lower operating costs, and improve productivity.
Lip Shrouds
- Plate Lips: Designed for excavators and wheel loaders, available in central or left/right delta versions.
- Cast Lips: Tailored for the TERRA range, with options for better penetration or heavy-duty resistance against impact and abrasion.
Wing Shrouds
- Provide strong protection even in abrasive soils, with optimized wear distribution for longer service life.
- UX (60–140 mm): Heavy-duty design with 70% wear ratio, PROMET II pin-and-retainer locking for secure, fast change-outs.
- UX-S (80–140 mm): For larger buckets, with symmetrical heavy-duty design, PROMET III weld-on locking, and exchangeable sides for extended wear life.
