Rollers (Track & Carrier)
ITR rollers are engineered with an advanced lubrication seal system to ensure smooth operation, minimized wear and consistent performance even in demanding work environments.
Idlers

Sprockets & Segments
ITR sprocket teeth are engineered using an induction hardening process that delivers exceptional surface hardness of 58-62 HRC. Track Links
The ITR Track Link features hardened steel bushings and a modern Ealing system engineered to protect against dust and mud. The result is a long lasting, highly precise, Iow maintenance chain for demanding mining and heavy construction applications.
Track Shoes
ITR Track Shoes deliver exceptional endurance with performance proven to operate reliably up to 100% wear limits. Engineered for longer service life and more stable machine productivity, they have demonstrated real world durability of up to 1500 hours. The result is higher operational efficiency and reduced maintenance frequency compared to previous generation products.
Equalizer Bar
Equalizer Bars improve machine stability and operator comfort. Built from quality steel, they are heat-treated for strength and long service life in tough conditions.
Pin Boogie
ITR Bogie Pins are built from special alloy steel and heat-treated for strength, making them tough enough to handle heavy loads and harsh conditions. Pre-filled with quality oil, they resist friction even at high temperatures and provide a reliable, long service life.
Track Groups
ITR range also include complete track groups consisting of new ITR track chains fitted with new (or service exchange) track shoes. bolts and nuts. The track groups supplied are ready to be fit directly on to the machine. Any linkage and track shoe widths are available.
Track Guard
Track Guards keep tracks aligned during operation and shield the undercarriage from dirt and debris. This helps prevent premature wear, reduces the risk of derailment, and extends component life.
