ITR Premium Idlers are made in solid and drum types to match different applications. Built with cast steel, heat-treated surfaces, and heavy-duty seals, they deliver strong wear resistance and work reliably from –40°C to +50°C. All parts are made and tested in-house for a precise fit and long service life.

All internal components are designed, produced and tested in the groups facilities to guarantee an accurate fit, as well as, the highest reliability and the best lifespan.
Extended wear resistance is assured by specific heat-treatments in order to harden the contacting surfaces. ITR Seals are expressly engineered for heavy-duty applications featuring excellent performances in a temperature range between -40°C and +50°C.

Sprocket & Segments

Pin Boogie

ITR Bogie Pins are built from special alloy steel and heat-treated for strength, making them tough enough to handle heavy loads and harsh conditions. Pre-filled with quality oil, they resist friction even at high temperatures and provide a reliable, long service life.

Equalizer Bar

Equalizer Bars improve machine stability and operator comfort. Built from quality steel, they are heat-treated for strength and long service life in tough conditions.

Pin & Bushing

ITR Pins & Bushings for excavators and loaders are made for strength, shock resistance, and reduced wear. Available in standard, dotted, electroplated, and chrome finishes, they use 40Cr steel for bushings and 45# steel for pins to ensure long-lasting performance in tough conditions.

Guard

Track Guards keep tracks aligned during operation and shield the undercarriage from dirt and debris. This helps prevent premature wear, reduces the risk of derailment, and extends component life.

Trunnion
